and I still wish Kubrick directed A.I, its a great film but imagine what Kubrick cuddle have created! SS did a great job though, and I'm not a HUGE fan of his!

The trailer for Knight of Cups looks cool.

It's almost as though Malick finally decided that he had been showing too much of nature and not enough of people in his past films, so he's trying to cram as many people as possible into each and every still frame of this new film.

I watched it (AI) the other day and despite one or two moments I felt were cheesy (the way certain lines were delivered), this was a movie not given as much attention as warranted. That and the bluray transfer looked bad imo. A lot of grain, unsharpened shots and it looks like it was stretched a little.

I'd be an absolute waste.
The current blu ray is great as it is and doesn't need more extras.

What I do love is how he used as much practical special effects as possible, even the bear was real 90% of the time!

It could have been so easy to cheat and use CGI for most of it, but I really admire the care he put into the film to make it as good as it could be. I just think Kubrick could have made it perfect had he had the chance.
