I can't even make it through all of the unwatched films I've had for a while now. I don't think I could look forward to adding any more to my pile right now anyway.

More like Redmayne/Keaton.

I'd like a new Criterion edition to replace my StudioCanal copy.
I'm selling my sealed, unopened The Third Man!

Eh, I get decent food cheap, buy in bulk and have a deep freeze from the local meat market, or Costco.

I technically have 4 players. A cheapass Seiki from walmart that cost me 75 bucks is region B dedicated, region free DVD wise, my original Panasonic DMP-BD65, and LG burners in my desktop and laptop. The original sony BD reader went tits up, so I bought a replacement burner for 100 bucks off of Newegg, and have AnyDVD to make playback region free.

I will admit it is a blessing and a curse for sure. It does cause me to spend more money and sometimes double dip blus.

Nope. Biased because Cumberbatch did Hawking 10 years ago.

While I would love becoming region free, I can't even keep up with Blu-rays being released in the US, let alone adding other-region discs.

I've been DVD region free for 15 years now, and spent far too much on R2 and R4 DVDs.

I wish region free blurters were as easy/cheap as region free DVD players lol.

I got mine for a great price but wish they were cheaper so I could get a second for bedroom!

Links or they didn't happen (except for Odd Man Out, that one's obviously happening).

You seem to be under the illusion that we all find your regular "joke" list charming and funny and a welcome part of the announcements ritual.

You are wrong on all counts.

But might I recommend that you invest in a revolving bow tie? They never fail to amuse, especially at social functions.

Why comment if you don't like it? Don't speak for everyone cause some do enjoy it and find it funny. Just cause you don't like it lol.

*shrugs*

This would be great. I have on Pre-Order the BFI set as it's announced limited addition but would opt for a Criterion set instead.

I noticed that both The Virgin Spring and Viridiana are on that list, too. Sadly it seems that neither one of them will ever see the light of day on Blu-ray.
