It has plenty of extras. In that respect it certainly seems to be on a par with the Arrow. I have the Arrow myself so won't be double-dipping, but I'd be lying if I said I didnt wish I'd waited. Brand new 4K transfer > reversible cover.
  • New, restored 4K digital transfer of director Brian De Palma’s preferred unrated version, approved by the director, with uncompressed monaural soundtrack on the Blu-ray
  • New interviews with actor Nancy Allen, producer George Litto, composer Pino Donaggio, shower-scene body double Victoria Lynn Johnson, and poster photographic art director Stephen Sayadian
  • New profile of cinematographer Ralf Bode, featuring filmmaker Michael Apted
  • The Making of “Dressed to Kill,” a 2001 documentary featuring De Palma
  • Interview with actor-director Keith Gordon from 2001
  • Video pieces from 2001 about the different versions of the film and the cuts made to avoid an X rating
  • Gallery of storyboards by De Palma
  • Trailer
  • PLUS: An essay by critic Michael Koresky

The most intriguing sounding extra is the profile of Ralf Bade from Seven Up director Michael Apted. I wonder if Criterion have employed the skills of Mr. Apted for their eventual release of Boyhood too...

Am I the only one who thought Two Days, One Night was fairly unimpressive?

Solid month I'd say I am in for every title except for the eclipse series (no offense to Criterion but I refuse to buy DVDs for in that series any longer. They don't have to look pristine jsut HD) and Two Days, One Night

Night and the City is great, it would have been cool for Pickup on South Street to have came out same month but I can import the UK edition.

as HBO once said it's August. it's Hot and it's only going to get hotter.

still shocked no M. Drive! It has to be down for Sept.

The actresses on both look eerily similar

I thought it was fairly typical Dardenne-fare, and as a fan of theirs enjoyed it. A few of my friends balked at their employment of a bona-fide star tho.

It's the only Dardenne film that I've truly been wowed by.

The Kid with a Bike and La Promesse are good, but I was not a fan of Rosetta.

I think this month had the most titles with pre-existing threads already. Day for Night, Dressed to Kill, and Two Days, One Night all had Criterion threads anticipating their releases

With spine #777 coming soon, anyone want to venture a guess? Something luck-based? Or with airplanes?

Very "pulpy" cover, love it.

And a nice solid month, going to be an expensive year. Hoping to get a few of these as gifts so I have more money to spend myself.

I'm not even all that big a fan of Call Northside 777 but that would be pretty awesome.

There was speculation on Criterioncast that the Moonrise Kingdom release could be delayed to give it a more special spine number, maybe that is the case.
