I can't see them improving that much on the MoC Release. Maybe extras wise, but the film really looks wonderful on Bluray. Really am surprised its taken so long for Criterion to release a version. It is in the top echelon of arthouse movies IMO.

Watched the BFI Day of Wraith the other night and it looked wonderful as well. Criterion has only released one Dreyer Bluray film Master of the House correct?

Kudos to iScottie for being the phantom page guru. Guessing they are all going up soonish.

That's right ... just Master of the House, so far. I absolutely love Day of Wrath, and can't wait until Criterion upgrades the DVD.

The BFI Dreyer set is also very nice. I assume they will upgrade that, the Antonione Doniel set, and the other 15 or so titles that are already out in other regions.

n/m: She was also in Bitter Rice. I should have scrolled further down IMDB before getting excited.

Me too. Kind of a let down as now I'd rather have something else.

But even now I don't think I could wait till what Jan/Feb?

Hopefully it will have enough added to it to make it worth the purchase. I have no problem paying for movies with:

Have the Coen bros.' phantom pages been up for a while? If not, they each have one now...

Doris Dowling is also in Orson Welles' Othello, which is coming from Criterion.

This will probably mean "Inside Llewyn Davis", but I'll still hope against hope for "Barton Fink".

Good catch!

I just browsed through almost all of the DVDs and nothing has been updated.

Of course we know ILD is coming, but I've been anxious for it.

EDIT: And I guess their phantom pages have been up for a long time now, so nothing new to see here... yet.

I noticed that too, but two phantoms for Bitter Rice is too convenient.

Now everyone lets do our monthly exercises. A 1-2-3, refresh. A 2-3-4, refresh.

That has been up for awhile, and there was some sort of clue for Barton Fink, but that was a very long time ago.

Someone on Twitter said Mike Nichols and Michael Curtiz have phantom pages. Not sure if those are new.

I'm thinking The Graduate for Nichols.

Yeah, The Graduate has already been confirmed, just didn't think it would come so soon. Would be great.
