A real shot in the dark here, but could the saturn looking planet be The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-moon Marigolds?
Not a guess, but a clarification of the drawing on closer look: the tramp looking kid is carrying the Easy Rider bike on his shoulder. |

The Queen of Hearts represents Jackie Onassis. The pelican could represent her donating a pelican to the Greek island Myconos after its pelican mascot died in the mid 80s. As for what film represents this, I have no clue... it can't be the upcoming biopic with Natalie Portman that just began filming, could it?
