Yeah, Brennan steals the show as Judge Roy Bean and Gary Cooper is pretty much his straight man for most of the movie. A highly likable and entertaining villain. I think that's my favorite role of his.

That's because they know our pain, and they luxuriate in it.

I'd also love The New World, but I guess they might keeping it for a June release so as to coincide with 4th of July.
Another one I'd love now (from the known-speculated ones) is Fantastic planet. (although i can't see how they can surpass the extras of the Eureka release. I may end up buying that one)
Was there any other speculation for that clue?

The speech he gives in "Network" is brilliantly done. Charles Durning also has to be at the top of the list.

Interestingly, the movies in the 80s and 90s that had a lot of great character actors were action movies. You had a fairly wooden lead like Arnie, Stallone, Lundgren, Van Damme, Seagal surrounded by a lot of great character actors. Guys William Forsythe, Henry Silva, Powers Boothe, Lance Henriksen, Keith David, Gary Busey, William Sadler, etc.. Powers Boothe is probably one of my favorite modern character actors. He's incredible in films like "Southern Comfort", "Extreme Prejudice" and "Tombstone".

All out of thanks to give, but you hit on some good ones. I put a few of these on my list a few pages back. Like I said before, there are so many memorable character actors, especially from the 1940s-1990s. The good news is many of them appeared in literally hundreds of films. For example, M. Emmett Walsh has appeared in nearly 200 theatrical and TV movies. If you include TV series episodes, his count jumps well over 200. The first films I remember seeing him to where I began to recognize him and learn his name were The Jerk, Blade Runner, and Blood Simple. His face and characters are known to just about every movie-goer, even if his name is not. Kind of like Harry Dean Stanton. Both are the epitome of the recent-era character actors.

That makes NO sense at all.

EDIT: I don't mean that what you said made no sense, because it does. I mean that if THEY did that, it would make NO sense.

How did you come up with that? is it an out of the blue suggestion or it was ever hinted on?

The King And The Mockingbird world be cool. I saw it theatrically a few months back and really enjoyed it. Would be interesting to see what suppliments they would come up with. I bet Del Toro would have some opinions to share.
