I've received a broken digibook.

The clear plastic in the inside back was cracked. I kept it because it seemed fitting with the cracked glasses on the front cover.

And are easily replaceable, whereas paper packaging is not. Period.

That is probably the same as for a plastic case, I discovered in casetopia that you need to spend at least $5 before shipping and taxes, that means you need to order at least 6, then the shipping is quite more than the cost of the cases (around $9), it is best to order from their eBay store, but still, I am not sure I need that many extra cases.

Last night, I watched Primary from The Kennedy Films of Robert Drew set.

For such an iconic, recent historical figure there is very little footage of JFK we see other than assassination related material. It is almost like watching live footage of Lincoln because his legacy has become more about the death than his life. Interesting to see him interact with people, yet haunting knowing he was fighting to win a job that would eventually claim his life.

I look forward to watching the other three films tonight. 8/10 so far.

Amazon will replace a broken item for free. No muss no fuss. Or you can contact Criterion and they will send you new packaging for $5.

So again whats the issue?

Yes, it seems quite obvious that it's Cat People, but didn't Shout Factory release their own version a year or two ago? Why do another version so soon afterwards? In my opinion, it doesn't make a lot of sense, but hey...

That was the 1982 version, this would be the 1942 one.
