I haven't seen that film so I don't know the context, but it is still great, would like to watch it now.

OK, one more...but this one is incredible. It's from "Stormy Weather". Fred Astaire called it "the greatest movie musical number he's ever seen". Enjoy!

Whenever I think of that scene, I think of the lovely Barbara Steele dancing in 8 1/2. No doubt an inspiration.

I found a Fedora that was simply perfect last summer. It would be a great 3-season hat. Unfortunately I live in a place where the 4th season lasts 5 months and that's when you really need a hat.

This scene is what got me addicted to Barbara Steele, an addiction that has led to some decidedly non-Criterion purchases.

I don't think anyone has mentioned the dance sequence from The Big Lebowski. That is one of my favorites.

I re-visited Singin' In the Rain a week or so ago and thought that, pound for pound, it has to be one of the most entertaining movies of all-time.

Came here one more time to post clips from CC Indian movies like The Music Room and Monsoon Wedding and it turns out those clips have been taken out now

Anyway this preview shows part of the clip, but also found something interesting, you can pay to rent movies directly from Youtube

This one is directly from the Criterion Collection channel, weird, I guess this means copyright enforcement will get stronger so it will be harder to share clips
