Sundays and Cybele is an incredible film that does not get a lot of love here in the thread. It's an under-recognized treasure in the same way that Rapture is.

Wanted Rapture before I saw "Sundays" and after I watched it and made the connection that she was the actress on the cover of Rapture. As well as how great her performance was in Sundays and Cybèle I grabbed it asap. Sadly still haven't watched it

They won't ever upgrade it.

Few pages back I let you guys know I was sacrificing a bluray upgrade to the film gods so I didn't get customs charges from UPS, and it worked, no customs charges.

So they are happy with my sacrifice and will never upgrade it.

Worth it.

Yeah I hope the trilogy is announced. Obviously february is the best month to release it in. I also hope Election and Blow Up are revealed.

What are the chances we get more Altman in the near future? They did 3 of his this year. I could see that continuing. Secret Honor maybe? Also more Lynch and Vronenburg would be great. I'd love to see The Elephant Man get a Criterion. Is it that unlikely?

I don't know why Sony's release of Our Little Sister has stalled.

Someone needs to pick up the ball and get more Kore-eda films on blu-ray. It seems his films are only available on DVD or streaming in SD.

I own Still Walking and love it. I've seen Our Little Sister on the big screen and enjoyed it. We need more Kore-eda on blu-ray!
