I have the digi too. I gotta get on replacing that as well as the similar ones(El Norte, The Last Metro). Really don't like those cases. Don't think anybody does.

Not crazy about it, but I'm not going to bother dropping 20 bucks essentially solely on a new case. I haven't gotten to that point yet, haha.

I would buy it in a heartbeat, though I'm not sure all of them are fully necessary. Though I def. hope that Multiple Maniacs is only the first of more to come.

I actually saw Waters' one man Christmas show the other night and he does an audience Q&A at the end. I should have asked him about that.

Gave a watch of my FIEND WITHOUT A FACE disc. I'm sure it very low priority, but I would totally be all over an upgrade of this.

That finale is pretty fantastic.

Didn't that one just come out a few years ago? Haven't seen it yet. Guess I need to "get up to date on the Waits".

EDIT: I just took a look and read a bit about it. Looks very entertaining. This is a 2012 film I noticed. And wow, Woody Harrelson, another one of my fave. actors is in it.

It's a lot of fun. Not as great a film as IN BRUGES, but it has its wonderful mix of black humor and tragic violence. Perhaps a bit too meta. Sam Rockwell is exceptionally good in it. Nice Carter Burwell score as well.

One of my favorite films from that year.

I've been holding off on buying The 400 Blows because I'm hoping for the BD release of the entire Antoine Doinel box set. Anyone know if there's any chance of that happening soon?

Yeah, I keep holding off on buying that set because I wonder if they'll upgrade it. I still own 400 because it's terrific on its own. But I also keep forgetting that box set exists. I don't come across it too much.

Probably going to watch something later today - at first glance, looks pretty great: similar user experience to the web site and iPhone app. Not a complaint but one comment, it's weird to scroll around and not hear any noises as you swipe from selection to selection (like on Hulu, Netflix, or the Apple TV home screen). Feel like I'm in a library, which is sorta appropriate!

One Eyed Jacks was a very interesting movie. I had never seen it before, and I'm happy my first viewing was such a nice presentation of what at times is a tremendously, beautifully shot picture. The extras are a fantastic contextualization of the movie too.

It's also going to be screened theatrically in Austin soon, with DCP.

Is there anyone here who has seen The Tree of Wooden Clogs that can say whether it's a movie that you would watch more then once? Or is it a movie that is incredible but that you only really need to see once ?
