Got my order from the flash sale and my copy of The Executioner has a cracked case at the top. The bluray seems alright but I know this is gonna bug me. I've never had this problem before anyone know how exchanges work directly from Criterion?

I had a cracked case once and they sent me a replacement for free.

Just received my first shipment of what I expected to be 9 blu-ray titles and instead got 8 blu-rays & a mofo dvd.

They are the same.

If you need extras, they're the place to buy from. If you've not opened the movie yet, I'd exchange it for another one. Blu-rays are more durable than DVDs where scratching is concerned, but damaged goods is damaged goods. I'd contact Mulvaney, and ask what they want to do.
