One of the best movies ever made. Beautiful cinematography, phenomenal use of shadows, and brilliant acting.

Did you ever get a region free player?

I used to agree with that for a long time but kept finding myself still watching it occasionally. Once you've seen it you"ve seen it honestly but there is enough substance for multiple viewings.

I watch it 100 times player. I loved it when it first came out and I still love it today. For me, it's lost none of its emotion our intensity. David Fincher is a master filmmaker.

Reviews are a good tool, but it's your opinion that matters.

I've seen it a handful of times and I think it's a really well done movie (but I generally like Fincher's movies, so maybe I'm a little biased).

It does have a plot twist (or two or three) but the movie doesn't rely solely on those twist(s) so it works well even when the twist(s) no longer surprises you. At least that's my experience of it.

I watch it often, and just bought the Criterion blu-ray about two months ago. Has excellent repeat viewing appeal, for me. Douglas and Penn are both outstanding.

I've seen it a few times and I still find it to be incredibly thrilling.

Of course I don't think it's as good as Se7en, Fight Club, or The Social Network, but it definitely has some great moments.

Saw it saturday for the first time. Liked how it always kept you guessing, but the final scene scene I could see coming

I can't remember if I seen the twist coming at the end the first time I watched it. Probably not since I was just a kid. I can say I didn't see the twist coming in Shutter Island. I was mindf***ed and loved it.

Of course, that's a massively high bar.

I wonder what MGM did to get Scream to release GPK the movie. the only people that would buy it are Nostalgia Critic fans.

Yeah, I got a Seiki from ebay for £59 inc free shipping.
Great upscaling, nice & compact. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a region free player without all the extras- 3D 4K capable etc.

While we're on Fincher and it being a Criterion I wanna show some love to Bejamin Button. It has Cate Blanchett you know . And on a personal note I don't like when it's compared to Forest Gump. Jus sayin'...

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know, I recently acquired a used David Lynch Lime Green Set for a very good price with delivery expected Saturday. Finally tracked down a good deal and jumped on it for that Mystery Disc, with those Wild at Heart deleted scenes...

Only sharing cause this probably means Wild at Heart with ALL deleted scenes will be announced this week! haha

Partially kidding, but I could see it playing out like that! I don't even know who has the rights to release it at this time.

That *is* a bad comparison. I was at least able to get through all of Forest Gump.

You can put me down as someone who really likes Benjamin Button.

The scenes when Benjamin and Daisy are the same age are heartbreaking.
