Hedwig will be announced, because movies I’m really excited for tend to come in October. (The Lure, Personal Shopper, Mulholland Drive...)

I keep hoping for a title like Let's Scare Jessica to Death or THE TENANT to come out in October from Criterion.

They all recently came out on blu in the UK, so HD masters exist.

I’m still waiting for Roman Holiday to be announced. It has to be soon, right? It’s crazy that it still has no Blu-ray release.

I agree! That's my favorite Hepburn, and I'm surprised that no one has put it out yet.

I wonder how long before My Criterion is back up and running. I think this is taking longer than they expected.

Criterion doesn't make announcements on the weekend, so it should be tomorrow.

When it does it should have the restored screenwriter credit.

Day one if possible with B&N sale using 10% off membership discount.

I really feel this Set is their best announcement ever.

This is an interesting new trend of complete sets by Criterion. First Dietrich, and now Bergman? What other possible box sets could be in the works?

My dream boxset will most likely come from WB if it ever does come, but if Criterion were to release a Flynn/Curtiz set... oh my God would I be a happy and inconsolable man

After getting 39 from Bergman, I think Six Moral Tales from Rohmer isn't too much to ask for...

Criterion still has the rights... correct?

Since they already did a Kurosawa DVD Set before, which is long out of print, I hope they do a Kurosawa Blu-ray Set next. There’s so much potential.

The Tenant would be great. I'd also like The Fearless Vampire Killers.

Me too. And they'd have access to nearly everything, with RHAPSODY IN AUGUST, RAN and THE QUIET DUEL the only potential stumbling blocks to presenting his complete filmography.

Hello, fellow Criterion fans. I'm currently buying some films in the B&N sale but I wonder if you could recommend a nail-biting, edge of your seat thriller (like Silence of the Lambs or The Wages of Fear)? Language doesn't matter. Thank you!

PD: I'm intrigued by Elevator to the Gallows but I would like to hear some opinions about it before I made a purchase.

Can't go wrong with Blood Simple and Don't Look Now.

And films like Stray Dog, The Bad Sleep Well, Drunken Angel, No Regrets for Our Youth, and his pre-1945 work(which I really haven't seen) badly scream out for BluRay. Even though I bought many of Kurosawa's films already, I double dip to just get these films mentioned above.

It's unspeakable that this film doesn't have a Blu-Ray release. First, it was Hepburn's breakout role and the all the awards it won and was nominated for.
