Hahaha, it's seriously hilarious that the B&N thread has become the CC discussion thread, and vice versa.

I'll try to get back on topic of discussion. I just bought Seven Samurai, and it's one of about 10 Criterions I own that I need to watch. Is that one in the past that you're just able to sit down and enjoy regardless of length? Or do you need to be in the right mood to watch it.

It's very much driven by the story..... It won't 'feel' like 3.5+ hours.......

No, that's not it. Go here and print those top two coupons. You can save the coupon images, as well, and paste them in a Word document, if you'd like.

Any mood is the right mood. But seriously, for me, it's one of those movies that you don't realize how long it is because you get hooked to the characters and their plight.

With the BFI news of Monsieur Hulot's Holiday, I would expect that one to materialize within Q1 or Q2 from Criterion.

Not sure what is happening but the last few Criterion I ordered from Amazon all got delayed for some reason and all were pre-ordered months in advance too.
