Ok, I'm going to be "that guy." I can only afford 2 Criterion discs and was trying to decide between Antichrist, Crumb, M, Yojimbo/Sanjuro, and Wages of Fear. If you had to pick 2, which would you get?

Hmmm? Does "Yojimbo/Sanjuro" count as one or two titles for you?

I might say "M" and "Wages Of Fear" right now.

"Crumb" is fantastic, if you're into documentaries... lots of funny moments for me.

If you can afford Yojimbo/Sanjuro AND Wages of Fear, I'd do that. Otherwise, I'd go Wages of Fear and (as CassavetesGodard succinctly put it) M. Either way, Wages of Fear is simply stunning.

It's true that CG and I became a chemically-infused collaboration many moons ago, but it took a lot of web-camming and postage plus a lot of blood, sweat, and Ingredient X(*) carefully mixed to the right proportions in order for everything to fall into place.

If you're interested, and if CG agrees, we could always start setting up the web cams again.

Should I be picking up 8 1/2? I see it is $40 on Amazon, but $20 through B&N. Maybe I'll wait on it, it isn't a top choice for me right now.
