I've been waiting for Criterion to release Shoot the Piano Player. I still have it on Laserdisc.

That happened to me several times after borrowing Criterion and non Criterion DVDs from the local library. One of the discs froze about halfway through and I went apeshit. I finally was able to fast forward and then "rewind" back to the scene, but not to the exact moment, so I missed about a minute of the movie to be able to finish watching it. Still, at least it wasn't unplayable at all.

Suffice to say, I am always quite leery borrowing from the library (for fear of defective discs).

Figure it's 45/45/10 for this week, next or never
No new releases this week so it's an easy dead spot. next weeks 2 New releases aren't likely Tier A+ high volume sales so I'm betting on tomorrow.

Next week would also be several days later than the previous late sale.

I have 2 orders ready to go -- 1st to hit the next $50 cert level and then an order to spend that certificate along with the $10 Streaming Certificate so about a little over $200 total.

I think it's True Stories but can't be positive as it has been a while since I've seen it.

Does anyone know if CC can help with bronzing on an oop title? My Howards End disc plays up til the 2 hr mark. Then it freezes completely. I know they did some disc replacemts but im assuming Im out of luck since its oop.
