As thrilled as I am with Swing Time, this pretty much takes a compete box set of their films off the table from Warners. That sucks.

Whoa... A lot of people assumed "War and Peace", "Hedwig and The Angry Inch" and "Swing Time" were coming from hints and announcements from the company. Glad they're finally arriving in June. The two Dumont titles are a welcoming surprise.

Unless they spread War and Peace across 2 discs that could be a compression nightmare. Their site does say 2 discs so I'm hoping it's split with the extras and not movie on one, then discs on the other.

War and Peace is an absolute bargain at $50. I really thought it'd be at least $70. Kudos to Criterion for that.

So, War and Peace, 2 Blus and 3 dvds, is that normal? I've seen 1 Blu and 2 DVD (film on 1 disc extras on the other), but I'm curious about the DVD breakdown compared to the blu.

So excited for Swing Time!! I was kinda hoping that Criterion would do a Fred and Ginger box set that would at least cover Top Hat, The Gay Divorcee, and Shall We Dance as well, but I can't complain too much 'cause FRED AND GINGER ARE FINALLY COMING TO BLU-RAY!

La vie de Jésus is a maybe; I've owned L'humanité on DVD for years but haven't seen it yet.
