I actually saw Him at a screening of All That Jazz and Lenny at the New Beverly. It was full for All That Jazz and my girlfriend and I were waiting for people to leave so we could go in. And he was coming out and said to an usher that All That Jazz. He said it was a great movie. That was the closest I got to meet him and it was fun. I know someone that worked with him on a short in 2015 and she said he was the nicest and always ready to work even in the less than ideal conditions on set!

Yeah, it's a shame. I thought he was a great actor. The first time I ever saw Robert Forster was when he played the lead role in the 1980 horror film ALLIGATOR. It's a pretty good movie.

I remember seeing that at the old Harvard Square Theater along with the Lenny Bruce inspired short Thank You, Masked Man and Monty Python’s And Now for Something Completely Different. Man, that was a long time ago.

Hoping for at least one of these: The Lusty Men, Come and See, Los Olvidados. I know the latter two have had recent restorations, and TLM has been at least preserved by the Film Foundation.

I'm hoping that Fail-Safe is one of them since it was the newsletter clue not that long ago. Also, were starting to get overdue on either The Cameraman or Pandora's Box[I happily take one of those two]. I'm also guessing they do a Varda set upgrade.

Criterion titles seem to go really low in the UK on a regular basis compared to the US. For instance Panique can be had for 9.99 GBP, which breaks down to $15 USD shipped (with VAT removed and shipping added). They're all region B locked though.
