Looks like people got the message about Leave Her to Heaven, as I see new listings for the old Blu Ray that are cheap lol.

I believe it was wrongly advertised as a 4K release when it was showing in theaters.

Yeah, it was a 2K restoration.

Knockout jacket art for Leave Her To Heaven!

I'm happy for everyone that missed out on the TT disc. My plan was to watch my copy earlier this year and then sell it off. It was another case where after I watched it, I just couldn't imagine parting with it. Had I sold it off, it would have just become another obsession to be able to get it again.
As it is, I may end up picking up the Criterion just for the packaging.

I like Salesman out of all the announcements. And cool to see another Spike Lee film in the Criterion Collection with Bamboozled. Prince of Tides is a memorable 90's film from my recollection, so I find that one to be worth watching again. Finally, I also want to watch The Cranes Are Flying, as Russian cinema is always welcome.

In for Leave Her to Heaven as like others, I missed the TT release. Also Salesman, as I don't have the DVD.

Leave her to heaven finally!
I haven't seen a Gene Tierney movie in ages this is the perfect excuse!

Also that Bamboozled cover gave me a heart attack before I realized what it was lol, I'm very very well aware of that the movie is and what it's about, but the cover is a bit much. I'd think they would do something something more like the Great Dictator cover.

I'm looking forward to double-dipping on Leave Her to Heaven.

I'm also all in for The Cranes are Flying.

Is it just me, or does the new cover art for Salesman look like a newsletter clue for itself?

OK, it just seemed kind of whimsical. I like it better than the old DVD cover, but that’s not saying much.

I don’t agree with everything that Spike Lee seems to be saying in Bamboozled, but I think it’s a brilliant piece of cinema and one of the most underrated pictures of the last 20 years.

...the last truly great film that Spike ever made imo.

The Cranes Are Flying is an astonishing film and should look superb restored. Show Boat looks interesting and if they can improve on the TT transfer of Leave Her to Heaven, I will definitely get that too.

Does anyone know if you can pre-order a title during a flash sale and they will just not ship your sale order until the title released? I'm aware that I won't get discounts for any pre-order. Thank you
