The first film for me was The Snowman (very short animated film).

Then it was The Green Mile, Titanic, Independence Day (don't ask) and Seven Pounds. Probably a couple more here or there that I can't think of right now.

Having a tear in your eye compared to crying is completely different to me.

Therefore my answer would have to be none.

Then you, sir, are not honest with yourself. Your tear ducts in your eye produced a tear. You are crying. God, i hate all this macho bullhockey.

Well, I agree, but I haven't full-on bawled at a movie before either, I moreso meant the tearing up.

I recall the remake of King Kong having some sad moments.

I am going to second this one. It was on tv a bit ago...and it was at the end of it when I turned it on. Here I see Rick S yelling out "Champ Champ" as he is dead on the table...gets me everytime.

Brians Song (original one) is another one.

For some reason I choke up during football movies.

I'm pretty sure We Are Marshall got me. Remember the Titans might have, also.

LOL!! Who are you guys trying to kid? More macho b.s. from guys who don't cry, but if they did, it was only once, and maybe just a little bit during that one movie, but it wasn't really crying, more like a little misty eyed. That counts you little sissy boy. Are you afraid your dad will read this and whip you for being a little girly man?

Generally I'd have to agree with you. Macho bullshit gets to me but in this case, most guys don't really cry. They're eyes get watery. It's not like girls where they literally are crying.

I guess i'm not seeing the difference. I'm not talking about uncontrollable fits of grief, like one would experience when losing a loved one. Does the teardrop actually have to run down your cheek for it to count as crying? As far as i'm concerned if your eyes are producing tears, you're crying. Should we consult a physician, to get the clinical definition?
