The Shawshank Redemption.

Never had a movie made me cry from sadness to happiness in span of 10 minutes.

Bastards.

Off the top of my head..

Inception (the last shot of the film)
The Dark Knight Rises (ditto)
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 (Snape's backstory)
How to Train Your Dragon 2 (when
[Show spoiler]Hiccup's mother
returned and sees his dad)
Guardians of the Galaxy (Starlord flashing back to his mom at the end)
Sing (the scene where Johnny's dad sees him singing)
Batman v Superman (when Bruce flashes back to his mother dying, when
[Show spoiler]Superman
dies)
John Wick (when his dog dies and when he visits the kennel at the end)
Suicide Squad (Deadshot's hallucination of his daughter when he points the gun at the end)
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 ("he may have been your father, but he wasn't your daddy")
Venom (when Venom says
[Show spoiler]"Goodbye Eddie"
)
Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse (Miles' dad talking to him through the closed door)
Aquaman (when
[Show spoiler]Atlanna
returns at the end to see Thomas)

Thankfully my wife is always there crying over the same thing.

Finding Dory is one of the few movies that can make me bawl everytime. It’s vastly inferior to Finding Nemo but it makes me cry like a baby.

Planes, Trains and Automobiles - When Steve Martin's character is sitting on the train in Chicago and begins reflecting on the trip, realizing what was going on with John Candy's character.

I couldn't help but laugh when audiences began crying at the ending to Avengers: Infinity War, that scene made me smile with delight that the studio had the guts to let the film end in that way.

The Godfather, Part II. All the early scenes set circa 1900, when boatloads of immigrants are arriving to Ellis island in hope of a better life. Little Vito Corleone, all alone in the world, and quarantined in that creaky old building.

And although I'm no fan of Part III, it makes a certain kind of sense to see Michael Corleone, in his last dying moments, once again all alone in the world with nobody to accompany him as he dies, just like his father was all alone coming to the new continent.

That will change next year with Avengers: Endgame and Stan Lee's "last" cameo, probably.

Legit bawling? Sure, but I won't lie that the beginning of GotG when his mom dies and later when he sees her reaching out to him after he's grabbed the space stone got my eyes a tad watery.
