I'm ashamed to admit, but the Notebook got me. I watched it with my wife and I actually really liked it.

The ending when Rose meets Jack on the staircase make me ball like a baby every time.

This is such a great and inspirational story. It’s so heartbreaking to know that Pre died so young and without ever winning in the Olympics. I actually ran cross country at Mead High School, where his old roommate Pat Tyson coached. He used to talk about him a lot.

The scene where Rudy cries when he finds out he’s been accepted to Notre Dame gets me every time. Also, that ending play is just amazing.

[Show spoiler]Oh, okay. I knew about her, but was only aware she did the voice of Ducky in The Land Before Time. Had no idea she was also Ann-Marie. Even sadder that both films were released posthumously, so she never saw how popular and iconic the films became. I loved them both as a kid and they still hold up.

I will admit one that almost always gets to me is PHENOMENON. And it's not so much the film as it is Kyra Sedgwick's cry face. That woman's sad face is one of the best in the business and it hits me right in the gut.

The ending when the camera pans through all the photos of Travolta's character with that great Eric Clapton song playing gets me a little choked up too.

Jacob's Ladder (1990). The first time I saw it, I was depressed for weeks.

I don't tend to cry during films, but two that always get me are An American Tail and The Elephant Man (which reminds me that I still need to get the Blu-Ray of the former). Field of Dreams also made me quite misty-eyed when I saw it for the first time last year.

City Slickers...
[Show spoiler]Norman getting lost in the river
really got to me.

City Slickers II made me cry as well, but for entirely different reasons.

Movies actually never make me cry, but the following got close:

Umberto D.
Dances With Wolves
Life is Beautiful
The Best of Youth
Pan’s Labyrinth
Coco

I’m actually surprised that I’m only the second person to mention Coco, as I think that out of the above, that one possibly hit me hardest.

Brian's Song, Bambi, The Champ, Old Yeller, Rocky III all when I was a kid. I don't recall tears flowing watching a movie in a long time, but I am sure there have been others.

Million Dollar Baby.

When I was a kid I had to leave the room when it looked like Mel Gibsons character was dead in Conspiracy Theory. I was tearing up and left to avoid flat out crying. I'm slightly embarrassed by that one.
