Should have written think instead of said then. If not, you do realize he hit 33 homeruns last year and has always had a very high power rating assigned to him right?

But he's not a Brady Anderson or Luis Gonzalez hitting HRs out of nowhere. He's a guy that's hit the ball hard everywhere he's played. Just because Texas didn't know what they had or work with him properly doesn't been Baltimore hasn't gotten him turned around. But he's been killing the ball since last September.

He's also 27, so he is entering a player's peak years.

. I think you have to look at him with caution. He's putting up a super monster season, and with the history and current times of baseball, you'd be foolish to not be wary of his season. Not saying he is juicing, but I certainly wouldn't rule it out either or totally dismiss it.

Yes, but part of that 36 is the fact people keep challenging him. Normally when a guy is that hot, he just gets pitched around.

And I'm defending him because there's been no connection to PEDs, and I think it's silly to accuse them of it just because they're playing top notch baseball.

Caution? Screw that. Until he fails a test, I will not entertain the idea and instead be entertained by his dominance.

What's alarming to me is the company he's now in for most home runs pre all star game. 3 out of the 4 others (Bonds, McGwire, L. Gonzalez) that are top 5 and went for 35+ are all linked with PEDs.

Come on now. You know that's not what I meant. All I meant is that I don't concern myself with such things in the present. If I find out later I'll be disappointed, but I sure won't go on some rant of being betrayed. 1998 was still amazing for example.

I hate to say it but John Rocker was right about PED's. When nobody really knew or cared about them and offensive records were falling left and right MLB was at a high in popularity.
