You obviously have no clue what you're talking about. I've been a fan of wrestling my whole life. Ted Turner never gave a rat's ass about creating a profitable wrestling organization. He put together the WCW to run Vince McMahon and the then WWF out of business due to a personal vendetta. Turner almost succeeded before WWE reinvented itself and it was Vince McMahon who put Turner's WCW into extinction.

As for being a lousy owner? False. The Braves were a deadbeat organization from the time they moved to Atlanta until the early 90's. Before Turner the Braves were completely irrelevant. He left the franchise in fantastic shape by the time he lost control of it.

And when I do say bad things about them I actually make an attempt to use valid arguments. I don't throw out random things like "WCW wrastlin'." And I don't respond to the posts of others by childish name-calling. There's no more Yankee bashing than there is Yankee loving around here. Lack I checked there were 30 MLB teams, not one. You have to expect that for any given team there are going to be at least a dozen haters for every person that loves a team. Even with the Yankees large number of bandwagoners this is going to be the case. You're delusional if you think otherwise.

And Wingman, I don't have a problem with people like you who are intelligent baseball fans. My issue is the people who spout out uninformed nonsense like Jelly.

Only thing I mentioned today is that the Yankees and Mets organizations scammed the city for new stadiums during a severe recession. And I went out of my way to point out those two teams are NOT alone in pulling such a thing. They are just a recent example. To simply write off everything I said as Yankee hating is utter nonsense. If I was hating on anyone it was profssional sports team owners who are usually billionaires. In no way shape of form was anything Yankee hate.
