Are the LG demos from this site (4kmedia.org) playable on Sony TV's? They have quite a few interesting clips (particularly the NASA ones, but I don't want to waste time and bandwidth downloading files I can't play.

I already know the files specifically made for Panasonic TVs won't work (the Mad Max and LEGO Movie trailers), I was just curious if the other files are brand locked as well, as the descriptions don't say.

I think I got them from another site but the LG (and Samsung) HDR demos work just fine on Sony TVs.

Life and the magnificent seven are the best examples of HDR I’ve seen so far especially the opening space shot of life, also big shout out to the end credits of Annihilation
