it might not have to do with a studio shift. the bda could be announcing an exclusive hd relationship with a big retailer, it could announcing Chinese support, it could be announcing sub-$200 players, or many more things. though a studio shift seems most promising. we def. won't lose anything and the worst i think we do is picking up support from weinstein.

Excuses, excuses. What is this "CES" everyone keeps talking about? Just joking.

We anxiously await the "grand return" of paidgeek (I miss him!!! ) , and the introduction of the Playstation Insider.

Also, Penton, I cannot believe you just dropped that bombshell above, and are not going to provide any details. That is cruel man!! And what could possibly be more interesting than WB going BD exclusive? Oh wait, I can think of one. It must be an "AVS celebrity" roast (in the vein of the Comedy Channel) at CES for none other than Amir Majidimehr. Could you imagine the field day the BDA could have with that guy!!!

Well it sure as hell aint an update on my negotiations with mystiksuicide as to what she will wear for the photo shoot if I send her an official Blu-ray leather jacket (size small ).

Because I’m going to give you an update on those negotiations now --right here.
I think it’s obvious we all want to see some “back” which is why I recommended the previous outfit to her in the designated pose.
Seems the suicide model has some sort of morals clause in her contract – which she thinks precludes her from the *bending over, black thigh highs and stiletto heels look*.
I don’t know how the hell a punk rocker could ever have a *morals clause* written in as part of her contract with her modeling agency and me thinks she is fibbing about it- just because she doesn’t want to give in to our whims.
So, I’ve proposed a black chaps bending over photo shoot ala Jessica Alba.

We are deadlocked on this point until she finds the article of clothing requested…..or a satisfactory substitute.
