Warner, unlike Paramount, is being classy in making this move as well. Instead of just screwing all of its HD DVD customers over (which I wouldn't mind, but nonetheless...) like para did to Blu, they are fulfilling their promises to both camps by releasing all previously announced titles on both formats. Not to mention the fact that they didn't take a bribe...

Looks like the HD DVDs will have to wait (won't be released on the same day) though. Smart move if that is what they are doing IMO, since it pushes the format they want to win, but appeases owners on the other side a little bit. Can any insider's confirm that HD DVDs won't be day-and-date and how long the window will be before they get released, if that is the case?

100%, they are at least releasing their ANNOUNCED titles before they dump the format, they definitely are showing CLASS.
