Not any more or less than any other major franchise entry.

I don't mind Marvel doing three picture deals. Dr. Strange also has Baron Mordo and Nightmare to fight against.

I say bring it on! Feige keeps saying Dr. Strange is a way to introduce the supernatural into the MCU. Literally, you could see all kinds of characters introduced in his movies.

Strange could lead into World War Hulk or similar stories and he was also a member of the Defenders, so they could introduce Sub-Mariner and make a Defenders movie.

I doubt that will happen in the current iteration of the MCU, considering the Netflix shows will lead into a Defenders miniseries.

Glad I could help. Maybe after the end of Infinity War, when the MCU as a whole possibly reboots (I don't mean that Marvel literally reboots with new continuity, just that the entire chapter closes and it revamps itself), we'll see new teams with old titles, like Defenders, in honor of the old teams. And we could get a Defenders team like the one you suggested, or maybe some New Avengers.

Once Dr Strange is in and does well, we will see the supernatural side a lot more, and TV shows too...
Ghost Rider
Man-Thing
Morbius
Blade

and they can all lead up to
The Midnight Sons!

What little I know about it doesn't seem to fit with the current MCU, now that I think about it. It's so popular though. What's your issue with it?

It's shit and it sucks and it's a piece of garbage spread over worthless pages of crap.

It's the antimatter version of Planet Hulk.

Most of it is pretty much Hulk and his new overpowered friends beating up everybody over and over again while being all dark and brooding while waiting for Marvel's Superman ripoff (the Sentinel) to get over his social anxiety long enough to step out of his house and slap some sense into Big Green.

Also the twist of "let's make the best supporting character in Planet Hulk into a slimy little traitor."

But like you said, it need Planet Hulk to work and doesn't really make sense in the MCU as planned. They'd have to do a near-complete overhaul.

Has it been acknowledged by the powers that be whether or MCU and Netflix universe are inter connected ?
