Would they be in another dimension though? I think they'd be easier to just slot into the current MCU with new actors playing the characters Spider-Man style.

Oh yeah. A total Spiderman deal with new actors. An already established team in an alternate New York. The "Avengers" of that universe. Replace the Avengers tower with the Baxter building.
