That's how I felt about Ant-Man (ended up enjoying most of it) and how I currently feel about most Spider-Man appearances (totally burned out on him).

I'm looking forward to seeing something new and a bit weird from Marvel. Fingers crossed it meets my tempered expectations.

Schnepp gave it the highest rating with a 9.5/10 but then again he liked suicide squad too.

The rest of the crew landed around 7-8/10, with the typical praise of amazing visuals and top notch acting from Benedict but a weak villain.

GotG sequel was confirmed during release week of the first

Collider always overhypes, not saying the movie will be bad (I'm sure it won't be), but they tend to be over-effusive in their praise and overcritical when they don't like something.

Coffee fuels most peoples wizarding powers. Perhaps a top up is in order?

Really surprised to read that Marvel has hit yet another home run with critics.

It was good. I'm not really a fan of the mystical themes in some superhero movies anyway and this didn't do a lot to change that. The story was only okay but the cast played their roles well and there were a few instances of humor.

Go and see this in IMAX 3D if you can. Well over half the movie is presented in such a way that it filled the IMAX screen and it was done so well I couldn't imagine seeing the movie without the aspect ratio changes.

Was treated to some nice trailers before the movie too...Guardians, Wolverine and Star Wars!

So, was the Guardians trailer you saw the same teaser that was released online a few days ago, or was it a new one?

I loved it. I think it's my favourite Marvel movie. I expect others will disagree.

Exactly the same as the teaser. All the trailers were in 2D too.
