Nah, it’s less sharp but has pleasant HDR and a warmer grade (and an Atmos track if that matters to you). I prefer the UHD but opinions vary.

I know there’s nothing that triggers eyes to roll faster than the “this looks nothing like I remember it looking in theaters” argument, my own usually included, but I’ll swear before the foot of Jesus that, gross DNR aside, the 4K adds a warmer, more candied, appearance to the film than it had in theaters. The BD is not only sharper but, arguably more importantly, features the more accurate color balance for the intended aesthetic. The 4K is probably the disc I desire an overhaul for more than any other.

No no. For the UHD they actually went back to original camera negative on film, so that's why it's better.
