Yes, Mako to be exact.

Shark has a similar texture to a pork chop. It also has a wonderful taste. Not too fishy... Just right, IMO.

I can eat that stuff prepared any way. I was in the mood for cajun style, though.

Just finished working out to the Insanity Video (only thing I can do, trying to save money by not having a gym membership, and no room in the house for workout equipment), and now studying for a work examination next week.
