Actually a couple of Fox titles you've mentioned have 4k DCPs, at least according to Hollywood Classics:
http://hollywoodclassics.com/pdf/Pri...DCP%20list.pdf I've narrowed down the list of Fox titles to the ones currently not on our list, though a good number of them haven't been released anywhere yet: [Show spoiler] If the list is accurate, it seems evident that for some titles the current BDs may not have been derived from the same source as the DCPs. (The 2 DIE HARDs definitely aren't, strongly doubt MRS. DOUBTFIRE and VOLCANO are and MoC don't seem to specify any tech info for their releases of FORTY GUNS and TWO FOR THE ROAD...) zakzak, you should check the OP before posting, as some of the titles that you have suggested ARE available from a 4K transfer on Blu.

It was the first film I ever saw at the cinema at the age of 4-5, so this is that started it all! ![]() |

TT's Flaming Star uses a 4k scan?
(it seems there is one according to this: http://hollywoodclassics.com/pdf/Pri...DCP%20list.pdf) if yes, then it should be added. i don't understand though why this film needed it and other more important and famous ones, didn't. |
