Doubt it. And to be honest there are a few you have listed that I question. I'm 100% positive that some of these releases aren't using a 4K mastered/remastered transfer.

Fox's Big 25th anniversary is definitely one I question.

I owned some of these releases and seen the others. Based off what I'm looking at some of these titles show no characteristics of modern scans. Especially of typically 4K characteristics.

Big does have characteristics of an older master. The 25th version is a direct port of the original release.

I personally wouldn't list anything unless there is concrete evidence that the Studios or distributors are issuing some of these releases with such masters.

The japanese version of Big 25th was advertised as a 4K scan.
I find it highly unlikely that Fox would strike a new master for Japan only.
Then again the studios lie to us all the time

Jump to 2010. The various color-fade processes used to boost color back into dozens of films in the earlier part of the 2000's have disappeared, replaced by the digital intermediate workflows that have been adapted and adopted over the last few years for film restoration.

So, instead of the trial and error approach of the previous work, we can now scan the faded original negative at a 4K resolution and work to digitally rebuild the colors that are missing from the film. Such is the case with two films we are currently working on in preparation for a new box set of films starring Kim Novak, Picnic and Bell Book and Candle. Both films suffer from severe fading in the original camera negative. Attempts over the last decade to restore these films using traditional means were only moderately successful. The digital restoration of these films, both shot by the great cinematographer James Wong Howe, ASC, will allow them to be shown as close to their original color as possible, in their proper formats (2.55:1 widescreen original CinemaScope in the case of Picnic.)

They've been doing 4K scans for quite a while now, although the further back you go the rarer they get...

I very much doubt it....the way 4K is being used these days as a marketing tool, WB would have mention it all over by now (then again you never know, it's WB!)

'We switched over when Blu-ray started to flourish about three years ago. Instead of just doing a film to HD tape transfer, we actually scan it at 4k. It doesn’t matter what the film is or what the title is, the scanning is the most important part – if it’s a high enough resolution it helps the grain management for example, you don’t really have to do any noise reduction. There may be some selective things like that that everybody does now and then, but for the most part it helps manage that. And that is essentially the basic resolution of film. If it’s a large format, 65mm, we may scan it at 8k just to make sure we've captured everything'.

The workflow was simplified by the fact that Colorworks, a DI facility on the Sony lot in Culver City, was built from the ground-up with a complete 4K infrastructure including color grading systems Baselight 8 and 4 from FilmLight. - Sony has "pretty much" stopped restoring films on film. It’s all digital. But they still output the final results, and still make 35mm black and white separations to better preserve color films.
- In the pre-digital days, the "original negative was the holy grail." If it was damaged, they had to find something else. "The goal was to replace damaged sections." But there was a trade-off in image quality. With "every step away from original negative, you lose image quality."
- "Now we scan the original negative." They still look for other elements if a section is missing, but a damaged negative can be fixed digitally.
- When restoring a film digitally, Crisp strongly believes in retaining the grain, which he called "the building block of the image; try to take it away and you’re messing with the image."
- Someone asked about long-time archiving of digital films. He said that Sony has an archival system set up, and they haven’t lost anything in 12 years.
