Feel a little sheepish posting this after madridista's efforts.

I dinked around a bit last night. Haven't started the back but planing a more minimalist, VHS-like presentation:

(For the record, this is technically only my second, full cover project.)

Not a chance it will stay at 34.99 - I`d pay as much as 19.99 maybe for this re-release, but prob will wait for a price drop anyways.

I'd be surprised if it gets any lower before it's released. With a 49.99 MSRP, Amazon is giving the usual 30% off discount off. They rarely give a higher percentage off. I personally think the MSRP is too high for what's included . It should have been $39.99 if anything.

I bet Walmart will have it for 19.99 or even 24.99 on release day - They always low price new releases because they make up for it in other areas of the store lol -

Sorry, glitch post. Meant to say that when the deluxe One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was first advertised, it was to have a DTS-HD track (the product mockup even had a DTS Master Audio logo). Of course all we got was a 640k Dolby Digital track. I wonder why exactly Warner seems to care less about lossless audio on its rereleases.

I agree. If it's a $50 MSRP, I'd say there's very little chance it'll be less than the current price of $34.99 upon release day. Less than $30 will happen eventually, but probably not until around the holiday season.

Well, it would seem they don't entirely, they're just very "select" about the process and tend to limit it to super-special, high-profile re-releases like "Superman Returns" and "The Blade Runner workprint" . Actually, in all seriousness, it depends on which re-releases are remastered, and which are earlier Blu releases that are simply being recycled.

Default Please Nooo...

Please Warners, why do we have to endure this Paul Heller commentary yet again ? after years of people saying how sleep-inducing it is, even maybe add an additional track by someone like Bey Logan.
This film is beginning to remind me a bit of the Bluray of 'The Good, The Bad & The Ugly' - both films need original Mono soundtracks included, original theatrical cuts (ETD-dubbed monk scene omitted &TGTBTU-dubbed cave scene omitted), unfortunately the added Monk scene at the beginning really slows down the flow at the start of the movie, and with it being the first scene with Bruce speaking English in a movie, it's quite startling to hear it dubbed by someone else, the Japanese LP with original track had been available for years.
So Branching, bonus commentary, remastered and choice of soundtracks should do the trick

...Not gonna happen...They've already released the specs, and none of what you're asking for here is going to be included. Basically, it sounds like a few new pointless featurettes have been added and that the film has been remastered (so expect lossless audio, and hopefully a correction on the aliasing issue of the previous Blu)...For those who are interested in owning this set, you should be happy you're getting what you are. Again, as I've said before, the previous Blu-ray is more than acceptable for the average consumer, and I'd imagine that unless you're watching the film on a screen 60" or larger, the aliasing should be a non-issue (unless it's all you're focusing on). Also, the audio on the original Blu, albeit lossy 5.1, still sounds very good as well. I'd never have thought that Warner would revisit the title in the first place.

I, for one, am really happy with my existing Blu-ray of Enter the Dragon. (As I posted earlier, I bought it in December for five dollars at a used store.) It does not have that magical pop-out-of-the-screen high definition look that films like Skyfall and The Avengers have, but it looks downright good for a borderline-grindhouse old-school film of its era.

Unless the picture quality virtues of the remaster are remarkable in all of the reviews, I'm going to stick with my current edition.
