Final Hobbit film pushed back !!

Originally due for release in July 2014, it will now become a Christmas title, hitting cinemas and concluding his trilogy on December 17, 2014.

I would rather watch them in December anyways. They don't really seem like summer films for some reason. Can't wait to see them as I have already watched the Hobbit on BD 4 times since release date.

It was never likely that it was coming out in July. A 7 month post-production turn around from Desolation of Smaug wasnt very good for a film the size of There and Back Again given what all it includes. Pushing it back a few months will help it in post-production and the box office.

I thought this as well. It's been known for ages that Hobbit film 3 was being pushed back.

I'm also looking forward to watching an Upload of The Desolation... sneak, be interesting to see how quickly Warner pull it down from Youtube.com If i can download the sneak before it's pulled i'll stick it on jewtube.com as not many people frequent it. Got an account there...
