The ref has fallen to pieces. The penalty decision was right, the fans are sore and he's just buckled under the pressure. He's throwing cards around like a pimp in a strip club it's ludicrous. We shouldn't be punished to appease the fans.

Exactly my thoughts Pizza, he dished out 4 yellows in the space of 10 minutes. Ridiculous. 1-1 now, I can't see Leicester holding out here. Such a shame the ref suddenly remembered which side he was on. ****.

Yeah I turned the game off after that goal, I'm not interested. I get sore about a lot, I admit that, but there is nothing worse than behind pulled behind because of the ref. It's ten v twelve out there right now.

Balls. Welbeck snatches it at the death. Gutted.

And don't worry about being sore at the ref, that's something we all share.

Well we've still got a cushion, but no surprise with that scoreline. Ten Foxes against a twelve man Arsenal side. Worst refereeing of the season?

"Oh I got a penalty decision right, but Arsenal are the bigger club and at home so I better balance the books and rape Leicester over ten minutes of none stop cards, hamper them at every step of the second half and make sure that Arsenal win the game."

As for the ref, I'm genuinely amazed that he's given that many cards to Arsenal and the soft penalty was the icing on the cake. Glad to see the big teams get a taste of what it's like on the other side, although given that Simpson's just been sent off for two yellows in the space of about 2 minutes I think Atkinson's been told to even things up a bit.
Changed the entire match. Leicester were looking good for 3 points, no doubt about that. Very lucky win that (sorry Penton Man and Tob)
I think that will cost them the title, I honestly do. What a shame, your lads didn't deserve that Pizzamorg.

Justice was done in the end, that was a poor decision by the ref in the first half by not giving a free kick when it was a foul by Morgan who was on top of Ozil.
That resulted to the build up to Vardy's goal where again it was another poor decision where the ref in this case favoured the striker but it was Vardy who ran into Monreal's trailing leg and the other incident in the second half where Drinkwater should have been sent off for that X rated foul on Ramsey.
But delighted that we got there in the end thank you Danny Welbeck and welcome back.

Plenty of bad decisions by the ref for both teams, but the ref didn't cost you the game like they did us. We were the better team until we got stripped of a man and you gained an extra. We still have a cushion, we have some "easy" games coming up while clubs like Arsenal are bogged down by all the other cups and still have some of the toughest games ahead of them. Couple that with how badly Arsenal have fluffed key moments and how unconvincing your victory was today, I'm still full of hope. Arsenal aren't good enough to win the title. Not without the ref in their corner anyway.

You. It was a massive game. The difference is just two points now. The easy games you mentioned include Newcastle and Sunderland. We are both scrapping for our lives. That cushion would have been incredible but Leicester lack the experience of being in such a position. I hope I am wrong mate.

Like I say though, it isn't just down to us. Even if we take away a point a game from each of them now, it still means the other clubs in the top four HAVE to pick up three points week in week out. While also being crammed with extra fixtures from cups as well and with so many teams running hot and cold all season, I just can't see that happening.

I'm with Pizza on this, I've mentioned it many times about how everyone's beating everyone else in the league this year so they're still in pole position. It'll take an insane run from someone else to win the title, but with all their extra commitments of domestic and euro cups I just can't see it happening so it'll be nip and tuck all the way to the end. As long as Leicester keep the star men fit and they don't crack under the pressure, they'll do it.

I just think the experience of certain players (been there, done that) is invaluable and that has has been my fear all along.

However, here is hoping that Leicester can stand firm.

The other important thing as well as the other two things I have mentioned so far, is Leicester have proven themselves now too. We haven't just beaten big clubs, we've beaten them with conviction. Even today, Leicester didn't lose because they played badly – they were the best team on the pitch for my money, until the red and even after the red, we didn't give up and made Arsenal look Sunday league. So it isn't like Leicester have just been riding a lucky wave all season, we're legitimate, hard earned, contenders.
