He didn't play in the same postion,he played off the front at Everton,he was in centre midfield for us.....that was part of the problem for him,he played there on Sat past and looked more comfortable but nevertheless,he still isn't good enough to be at Utd.

I meant was for him to drop more into midfield he still should have found it easy to adapt.

As for that favour....,I certainly hope not,I can't see it,if it had of been in London then ya never know but the fact that City only need a draw then makes it look like a banker.

Well guy's...it's near over for another while,it's been another interesting season.
The Champion's,Utd under Moyes were shite.....Liverpool under Rodgers were a good side(that's not easy to say)but it is a surprise.

Chelsea didn't really have the "Mourhino factor" and Arsenal....well they were just Arsenal....though they may well end up with the F.A. Cup for what it's worth....Wenger might keep his job for another ten years,

Suarez won player of the year and deservedly so.....Gerrard slipped and let the trophy go from his grasp....that image will stay with me forever.

Sunderland performed some kind of miracle to survive the drop.

I have enjoyed all the craic here with all the members and want you's all to know it is all just good banter,long may the fun continue.

I don't expect any surprises tomorrow so for me the season is over and I am already looking forward to 2014/15....it can only get better for Utd......

Boredom? What does that mean? Not at my club. Latest from wearside is that Poyet is about to walk due to a dispute with Ellis short (this is pure hearsay but it has been heavily rumoured here for the last couple of days) I hope it's just trash talk!

I agree with what you say Villiam. It has been good and I'm so pleased I won't have to start a championship thread. I also hope forest get promoted next year for Wes, plus I like forest as a club. I'm disappointed arsenal didn't win league for Tob and Penton Man and I'm relieved that Liverpool look like they are blowing it (sorry David) as for Man U, well they have won enough! . Finally gvortex, hope you guys break into top 4 next season but I know how tough it will be.

Oh and I have to admit ( can't stand the guy) Suarez is player of the year, he has been outstanding.

Manager of the year had got to go to a Poyet, no doubt about it.

My teams player of the year, I am going for Borini. I love our keeper but for me, it's Borini who has got the crucial goals at the right time and he will get some send off tomorrow if it's he's last game for us. We love him here!

It would be a laughing stock if Poyet didn't get it. Pulis just parks the bus. It's far easier to set a team up to not lose rather than having to win like our lads had to do. Seriously it would be a travesty if that joker (IMO) got it.

As for fickle fans, most of the UK thought poyet had lost the plot. With hindsight, we can now see that he was getting the team and the system together but it was tough going at first. I will be the first to hold my hands up and say I was wrong. Just like I was wrong about relegation and you guys were right.

It's the 29th anniversary of the Bradford fire. I have heard there will be no minutes silence at football grounds and if that's true it disgusts me. 56 people lost their lives and my family and I will be observing our own minutes silence before leaving for the match. Bless their souls.
