Now Leicester have signed a right back... what are they doing? I know Morgan can't hold the fort alone, but we need a bloody Premier League goal scorer if we're going to get anywhere.

Really entertaining episode of MOTD tonight, it's all about Chelsea this weekend, if Leicester go back down again which it's looking likely so far I think I'll be tuning into a few more of Chelsea's games like I did in the old days. I'm so jealous of their Costa, what an incredible player. I know we'll never sign a striker even on the same planet as that level of quality but just watching the man makes me only ache more at our weak forward players.

Still seeing them embarrass Everton so thoroughly gives me newfound appreciation for my squad considering we kept them out for as long as we did and "only" took two hits by the end. To be fair though I don't rate Everton all that highly anyway, I think they've played really poorly this season so far, last season they did really well but I guess the summer made them over confident?

Speaking for the rest of the games, Swans are looking really dangerous so far and with the performances of giant teams not up to scratch, I think I'm more worried about our game against them than I am teams like Man City or Man U at this point. Really excited to watch us play Newcastle too, they don't seem to get the results but they have some really fun, standout players and I enjoy watching them. I think it'll be interesting to see how we'll clash considering how much energy we've been bringing to our football too.

They don't work as a whole team, which explains their lack of results, but they are fierce on the break and have some real standout players. I dunno, they just seem to have this almost savage unpredictability that makes them really entertaining to watch for me. I reckon if they could get their squad under control, and inject some teamwork they could be real contenders.

Nah, not going to happen. It was the same with Ben arfa and Cabaye. Ferocious start but fades out. Same with this latest batch. I'm happy that Pardew is in charge because in my opinion, they are going nowhere. It's a shame we have to wait until December to give them a good hiding!

Full time at the King Power Stadium, it's fun watching us adapt to each team we play, we seem really great at matching each teams style, rhythm and pace. I reckon we deserved a win, maybe I'm just biased, but as Arsenal know all too well, good football and great chances are meaningless when you don't have someone to finish it. Luckily Pearson made some key changes at key moments towards the end of the game, honestly I reckon we looked the better team overall. I'm really impressed we can wear down a team like Arsenal and hold our own against a team like Chelsea. Just a shame the table doesn't reflect how well we're playing. Oh well, a point is a point. I don't think we could have done it without Morgan, my man of the match.

Leicester city did well yesterday and the cross and header by Ulloa was a good goal but to say you wear us down is going a bit far.
We were playing you after a tough match against Besiktas on Wednesday night and that took a lot out of the players but we need a striker because Sangoo has good work rate but at this level you need someone who can take their chances.

They also got their weekly penalty award lol. Seriously, they must have been awarded more pens than any other team over the last decade.

Rubbish transfer day so far. If this is our final business it's another relegation scrap. Wickham, altidore and fletcher will struggle to get 10 between the three of them.

Alvarez on loan and Coates on loan. If that's the best we can manage, it's obvious to me that surviving relegation is the pinnacle of our ambitions. The fans deserve so, so much more than this. What is wrong with this club? We survive relegation against all the odds and then spend 14 million this season. Same old crap.

Why don't Sunderland spend they need to improve but i get the impression that poyet has a budget and he can't go over that.

Solid signing but we're badly in need of an accomplished central defender and holding mid.

It's so frustrating. Just heard Borini might be going to QPR. What a kick in the teeth for all sunderland fans.
