To be fair I don't spend money on coins as I think it is more of a challenge to build a team without using real money. It takes a while to save up enough to bid for Rooney though lol

I've opened a ton of packs and up until a few weeks ago the best player I had gotten was De Maria (I think sold him at the time for 25K). Then during that 5 year anniversary I bought the five discount mega packs and in my 5th, I scored... Robben! Couldn't believe it; he's worth like 300K+! So I grounded my ass off and built a Bundesliga/BBVA team during that 5 year anniversary market crash. That's the key thing, the market crashes HARD during any kind of major event. You have to cash in during those and build your squads cheap. When there was a TOTY week I sold everyone like two weeks before and rebought them for like a fraction of the coins and upgraded many with the profit. I have never spent a dime on coins - zero fun in that.

DBlitz on PS4 if anyone wants to play any time or chat. I'm probably not as good as some of you guys here lol.

No they wouldn't have,1-1 would have taken it to extra time but 2-2 or any other score draw would have put us through.

Decreases. We get 'parachute payments' to help with the loss for five years I think. I think poyet might still be here next year.

Rooney is like 35-40K. That's like 4 seasons tops. The weekly tournaments (offline/online) are usually easy gold too. There'll be a team of the season in a few weeks so I would hold your coins and pick up players during the inevitable market crash. Players like Rooney drop from 40 to like 20ish, because everyone is opening packs and people are desperately selling their unused players to get more coins.

First time in 16 seasons. It felt like no matter how hard I tried, everything was against me from bad decisions to flukes by opponents. Yes, you are quite right it's always fast wingers, fast strikers and constant balls over the top. I always play football, probably why I went down lol. Just to top it off I was relegated because of a 95th minute goal from a corner. What is it with corners in the last minute this year?
