Why do you think that is rob is it because he makes too many changes or is he too tactical with his instructions for his players.

To many changes for me, playing players out of position, and the defense is really poor. There is no Pace. Its awful to sit and watch your team perform like that

Swansea is the club you should look at steedeel to change the club from top to bottom.
When they look at a manager they want someone who can bring good attacking passing along with other attributes of a manager they started that with Roberto Martinez through Rodgers, Laudrup and Monk.
They won the league cup under Laudrup and are consistent in the premier league every season they first came in the premier league.
I don't know why Sunderland can't not follow that as a example.

Even in the second half when Barca didn't turn up City looked nothing like the Champions of one of the best leagues in the world. About the only foot wrong from Barca was that shocking header after the pen.
