Hasn't been a particularly enjoyable season for me, either. It started on a high - that United win, offt!- and it closed on a triumph but it was a long, painful and frustrating slog in the middle. It seems Pearson learnt from his mistakes though - well his hand was forced but I don't care why, I just care about the result - and so hopefully we can start next season in the same sort of form and carry it through to the end.

I'm not very good at maths, but I think a draw tomorrow between Arsenal and Sunderland would mean Championship football for Hull City next season.

I'd like Sunderland to survive: if only because their manager has a funny name!

Just a question, maybe it's a stupid one, but when it comes to selling a player is it a forced decision or a choice? Like I've seen Sterling connected to clubs all over the world and if someone suddenly told me I HAD to go start a new life the other side of the world then Jesus! Never really thought about it before.

Seriously, welcome to the thread. I am worried about tomorrow. I guess we have to take it as a bonus game and see if we can nick a draw somehow. I kind of wish the Swansea game hadn't happened because you guys will be on your guard.

I am. I've predicted them to win 3-1 tonight on the BBC Sport football predictor. So far, I don't think I'll be getting Mark Lawrenson's job!

"Finishing 3rd and retaining the FA Cup". I'd have gone for that at the start of the season
