Hmmm. We beat Stoke in the Cup then but I'd trade that in an instant for three points at home against the Cherries on Tuesday night.
I dunno what it is about Selhurst but it went from being our fortress in the promotion season to being a millstone around our neck these last couple of seasons. It's a good job we've got such a good away record because we'd be in serious trouble otherwise. |

Confirmed that Pellegrini will be leaving City at the end of the season to be replaced by Pep. I never thought I'd see the day when that Continental-style madness of changing successful managers for even MORE successful ones infected the Premier League, but here it is.
Hell, City could yet do the quadruple this season and Manuel will still be shown the door. Unbelievable. The rumours have already started that he'll go to Chelsea though... |

Cripes, I come here to check in to see if we (the Arsenal) picked up anyone in the winter transfer and I’m hit with sad Tob news.
![]() Tob, I hope things work out so you can return. As to the Arsenal, I guess we got nobody? I watched the Arsenal v. Burnley FA Cup match and felt it wasn’t really a comfortable win for the Gunners. Sure, quality won out in the end, but it seems to me that since the glory days of Arsenal, we have this inherent vulnerability in many matches which may only be cured by picking up a couple high quality/high energy players in the transfer market. |
