Think our next two games are against Bournemouth and Crystal Palace.

Sutton were terrific tonight, what a goal that would've been had Deacon scored. And I'm not joking when I say that their level of composure on the ball would put the hoof-ball of Palace to shame. Still, it's a quarter final for Arsenal against another non-league team, should be easy pickings for another trip to Wembley.

Thanks steedeel fair play to Sutton they played with heart and caused us a few problems but took a while for us to get used to that pitch but nothing changes steedeel its time for Wenger to go.

Couldn't help but laugh at that reserve keeper tucking into a pie!

My dad supports Liverpool, but my word, they are a joke, and have been for years and years now.

Consistently inconsistent. Jurgen Klopp even blames the January schedule for the loss in form. Someone should tell him there are 19 other teams also playing in January.

I don't support a EPL team. To be honest, i don't like soccer.

Players falling down like they've been shot. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

Yes, it was a very helpful contribution to the discussion. But there was someone who posted once (a helpful post) in this thread a few weeks ago.

Regarding this coming weekend, Match of the Day is on Saturday night, but Match of the Day 2 is on next Monday night instead of Sunday night.

As always, I'll be waiting to see whether MOTD is worth watching, I should know by about 5pm on Saturday afternoon. I honestly can't remember the last time I did watch it, but that's what being the worst team in the four professional tiers of English football for the last 14 months does for you.

Yep, same boat as me. If we win (loooooooooooool) I watch football first with 30 min highlights and I record MOTD to watch after. I also order a nice Pizza with Bologneise and chips!

If we lose, well, I still have takeaway!

Excellent piece here on how Fat Sam's failed to get Palace into gear: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38986643

See? I'm not making it up, this is shaping up to be the worst ever start to a [edit: football league ] job for Allardyce. He may well be damaged goods after the England snafu but the players are also misfiring horribly. It doesn't help that he seems to playing LESS hoof-ball than he'd usually do and that's a major part of the problem IMO: these players have no bloody idea what to do with the football, they can't trap it, kill it, bring it under control, pick a pass, make space, move off the ball, they're TERRIBLE.

Oh, and see how Patrick Bamford hasn't scored a goal in almost two years? Nailed on that he's gonna get the winner for Boro on Saturday. Pessimist? Moi?

Yes, not long ago the story was on the local news programme. It certainly is the kiss of death when the club (in this case, Leicester) give the manager their full backing.

There are a few things wrong in the world of football - Sky Sports, and the ridiculous amounts of money in football, there is no patience, the clubs expect results immediately, the pressure to stay in the Premiership (football TV rights for example) and the managers not being able to speak their mind after a match, for fear of being fined by the FA.
