We deserve to go down. The chairman and director couldn't care less about ambition, they just want to finish 17th every year. The fans don't deserve it, but the players do. I totally feel your pain bud. It must be truly depressing for fans of the club to watch this mess of a season (year after year) with no change in sight. You are definitely a hardcore supporter till the end, and I admire that about you. If you guys do end up going down at the end of the season, I certainly hope that at least that will trigger some sort of response from the top brass to either make some much needed changes to the squad and coaching staff, or for the fans to demand a long overdue ownership change.

With the surprise news that Michael Eisner - yes, the former head of Disney and Paramount, that Michael Eisner - is in talks to take over Portsmouth, I guess we really CAN say that they're a Mickey Mouse club.

I can't remember the exact date they mentioned on that edition of The Chase, but I think they said it was in 1973 that Bobby Moore played his last international game. I thought the correct answer was Glenn Hoddle, but that would have been too early (he was a member of the 1982 England World Cup squad as he appeared with his teammates on an edition of Top of the Pops from 1982).

Some of the questions on The Chase can be absolute stinkers. That's why I equally like to watch Tipping Point, as the questions on that gameshow can be easier.

To make things worse i don't know how long Cech and Sanchez will be out with their injuries for us.

I was shocked by last Saturday's result (apologies for the late reply). We got the strategy right against Arsenal. On the whole, we do well with set-pieces. What I was glad to see was that sometimes we don't have to rely on one player or two to score the goals, and it was great to see someone else (Dawson) score a goal or two last Saturday.

Saw on Sky Sports earlier that Jonas Olsson is leaving West Brom and going to a Swedish club after being at West Brom for nine years.

This reminds me of that edition of Have I Got News for You last autumn, regarding the US presidential election ("four years of comedy gold"). There's plenty of comedy material with it being someone who used to work for Disney.

Damn, that's terrible news on all fronts. Hopefully he can come back relatively fast from this, without being rushed back. He's an integral part of our team, especially defensively, so I hope we can continue our good recent form without him.
