Exactly what I ask myself.

In any case, Palace and Brighton both lost today so we're propping up the table along with West Ham. Yes it's early days but those two spots look like good fits for Brighton and Palace nonetheless.

Commiserations on today's result though steed, and tob too.

Disappointed with the result but you know what to expect going to Stoke but we might have had all the possession today but we didn't do anything with it and it didn't help with Wenger switching Bellerin from right back to left and Chamberlain to right back that just unbalance things and adds to the problem of a average defence we have.
Sorry Geoff i wanted Palace to get something today against Liverpool and great start for West.Brom OceanBlue and sorry Steedeel.

Thanks lads. Yeah, back to normal. Was strangely optimistic before the match but we were absolute mince. Huge letdown and I mighty pissed off.

How about 'uddersfield as well! Two wins from two, if they win their next then that's basically a quarter of the required points total already secured. They could take a couple of months off and still come back with a fighting chance of staying up.

Palace vs Swansea next in the league, they really had our number last season so we owe them one. Will probably get **** all, mind you.

This is weird being on here on a Sunday.

Very happy with our start to the season. Having seen the highlights of the game against Burnley on Match of the Day last night I am going to say (and this will sound biased) that Robson-Kanu shouldn't have been given a red card yesterday. When I saw the replay I don't think it was intentional against the Burnley player.

Secondly, almost my favourite Match of the Day pundit line-up last night, with Danny Murphy on (it's entertaining when he and Ian Wright are both on the show, or on Match of the Day 2).

Not sure yet about the Match of the Day 2 seating arrangement change, with presenter Mark Chapman sitting inbetween the two pundits. But as the show is sort of a spin-off from the Saturday night show, it has to have it's own identity (like a spin-off should have in my opinion).

A close friend of mine passed away recently. They got me into supporting West Brom and it's something I will continue to do. I started supporting the club when Brian Talbot was the manager, circa 1987.

Amazing start from them. They are untainted fans at the moment. They have such hardships ahead of them!

We're playing one of our bogey sides this Sunday (Stoke City). Arsenal also playing this Sunday. If Stoke play like they played against Arsenal last weekend, the best we'll get is a draw.

Every team was our bogey team in the premier league (apart from Newcastle)

Has the Carabao Cup been started this season, or is it a cup competition under a new name? The next round is being drawn tomorrow (in the early hours of the morning UK time). West Brom beat Acrington Stanley 3-1 (away fixture) and Geoff's team are also through to the next round.

Was it? Thought a point against City would be seen as a good result mate. 10 men or not.
