A win tob,our away form has been better this season for a start,I expect a tough game and I hope Rooney and Januzaj start and I hope to see more of the Utd I saw against Arsenal and Leverkusen but who know's this season.

I'm slowly but surely losing the will to live...some pretty poor defending again,not much creative play in midfield(apart from Januzaj)and totally lacking any real threat upfront...I guess most teams would miss Rooney and RvP but overall the performances just ain't good enough...anyway at least there is still hope with the second leg.

Thanks man, as always I was at the match and enjoyed. Very tough second leg in prospect but we haven't been to Wembley in ages so I am hoping and praying.

The chances of being humiliated by City in the final,hmm...I think we may be better being knocked out in the semis.

Are you going to the second leg?our home form is nothing to fear at the moment,Rooney should be back for then and hopefully RvP,that would make any team better and I certainly would feel more confident if those two are included.

United again played poorly but this is a period united fans have to go through until david moyes rebuild the team.

That's fair enough but this team were champions last year,why were we so useless in the transfer market? and why do the players that won the league last year look like a bunch of amateurs?

I don't think this team have the motivation and drive under david moyes that they had under alex ferguson which played a big part in winning the title last year.
David moyes must bring in new blood now because united at the moment are getting worse.

They definitely don't but who's to blame,the players or the manger who can't get the best out of his players?

He didn't inherit a bad bunch,like I said,they are a championship winning side.

But villiam the united team that won the title last year was the poorest united team in years and the signing of van.persie was the key for united last season.
Alex ferguson left this team to moyes and apart from the likes of rooney and van.persie , and one or two others there is a lot of work to be done to rebuild this squad he had six months with them and its time for changes.

Worst is debatable,the 09 squad with the likes of Berbatov,Hargreaves,Owen,Obertan,Gibson and Diouf to name but a few wasn't great either.

It's certainly not been a great squad the last few years,Utd have kinda stopped going after the 'big' players,RvP is an exception but it shows you what Fergie was capable of as a manger,he knew how to get the best out of these players.

You can say Moyes has only had six months but so has his successor at Everton,Martinez's team are ahead of Utd in the league with a 'worse team' and they lost one of their 'star' players to the Champions!

I said to you the other day Utd need at least four players and you seemed shocked,I did also say I was probably being kind and I think that is the case,about eight wouldn't go a miss!!

We are aching for a cup final. Our fans deserve some silverware. I will be very nervous about the second leg. To answer your question, no I can't get to the second leg. I will, however, be home for 7pm so I will have have a couple of beers and maybe even a pizza and sit in a nervous state until the match is finished!

By the way, have to share this with you. As I was coming out of the ground, a bunch of United fans were chanting 'we're champions and we're shi*!' Thought it was quite amusing.
