Me watching the Liverpool game:

Sloppy, but three points is three points.

Big three points last night, Stevie pops up again with vital goal and Kolo yet again has a stinker. Thank god Agger is back

You're right Arsenal didn't create much and I attribute that to United's improved defense and Arsenal's poor current forum. When I said lackluster, I was referring to United creating only 3 chances in the game and one of those came from an Arsenal mistake. Mata hardly touched the ball and he's being used exactly the way Mourinho used him when he was so ineffective at Chelsea. United at times were hoofing the ball up the field rather than relying on a precise counter attack. I've never seen United "counter attack" like this before. As for Arsenal's keeper getting man of the match, he did make one world class save without which Arsenal would've lost so I agree with you there . If that's our new template for away games then we're in for some crappy football.

I think we are doing what we can with what we have, confidence is also at a low so that of course doesn't help.
Yes Mata might as well have not been on the pitch but then this goes back to my original point in regards to him,he is wasted on the left,he need's to be behind the striker....where Rooney play's,that's another problem.

The defence done a lot better which is good to see as the only one I would keep outta the back four starting last night would be Vidic....who of course is leaving,I prefer Evans to Smalling and I guess he would have started had he been fit.

I also think Januzaj should be starting these games,he has been our best player this season,Cleverley and Fletcher's(unfortunately)day's are numbered, along with a couple of others I think.....there will be a lot of new faces in the summer....it's long over due and is certainly needed.

Liverpool are on form but I think people are getting carried away because they beat us[Arsenal].
I can see Man.city winning it this year and Chelsea as runner's up with Arsenal third and Liverpool fourth.

Indeed! I attended the match, only 16,000. I guess the cup final has taken its toll on everyone's pockets. True die hards today.

It was raining for a large chunk of the match Tob. It was just drizzle though, nothing heavy. Very cold but we are used to that in this part of England!

Home tie, would prefer Wigan or similar. Want to avoid you guys and City until semis lol. I have a feeling we will get Man City away Tob.

I don't think you want Wigan either, as it seems they believe they can repeat last year's FA Cup run.
