I thought it was just the 65" Z (mine) that had the wonky 3D and the 75" was a lot better as you say.
My old Panasonic VT60 had better 3D than my Z9D, except that the active 3D glasses that came with the Panasonic would give you eyestrain. The 3D of the Z9D was a fuzzy mess, couldn't use it.

Not sure why this particular size Z9D has poor 3D. It's a shame. I don't know why it wasn't resolved. Probably a hardware issue and not a software one
