Default Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens

I have officially entered the deadzone for this movie, I watched the first two trailers and now I am on black-out until I see the movie. No more trailers, no more TV spots, no more reading, nothing.

Honestly, all I did so far is watch the two trailers, I really don't want to know anything about this movie.

Can't wait. See y'all in December!

Qui-Gon's force-ghost dies. He gets stabbed again, this time by Jar Jar.

He saw how Iger treated Pixar (which he still considers "his" company) and saw how Iger treated Marvel, so, like a Jedi, he decided to let things go and and move on. All of this was in the pipeline before he approached Iger about the sale. To free up the artists and move forward, Kennedy and LucasFilm needed to clean the slate and not restrict the creativity of the new artists.

All of this would have happened without the corporate parent. Disney didn't rebrand the EU, LucasFilm did and would have done it regardless. As for the people who even know who Jacen or Thrawn are in the first place, they still have those books and can read them whenever they want. Like the rest of the EU, they were never canon, they were officially-licensed fan fiction.
He eventually let go like a Jedi would, but given how he kept on defacing the original trilogy time after time after time - i.e. he couldn't give them up - does that mean he was Anakin all along?

No UK is not even close to being the first to release Episode VII. UAE on December 15, many other countries on December 16. Even my country is on December 17 and we're 8 hours ahead of UK.

Thanks, but yeah that's a bit late. If I remember correctly the prequel making of books were released before the films.

I think I had the books before Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith hit theatres and they had the scripts in them. One of them had bits which you could download after the movie was finished or released.

I was just as skeptical before The Phantom Menace and the following episodes came out, they turned out to be very good for me, not denying all the flaws of course. It's no different this time. Especially as I'm getting older now.
I agree. If someone likes/loves the PT, I'm pretty sure they will love these new movies (unless they really mess them up somehow). Can't wait for some new/more SW movies... Can't believe it's almost here!

Jokes aside, does anyone know if this movie is gonna have the Episode VII subtitle? So far, they just call it Star Wars The Force Awakens and it's worrying me... if ''Episode VII'' is not on the opening crawl, it's gonna be so weird!

Supreme Leader Snoke's artwork description is not far away from a Gungan. Jar Jar was very close with Anakin, known him since he was a little boy. Realizing of his role in putting Palpatine into power, he's been in hiding learning the dark side of the Force until now it's time to take Anakin's role and rule the galaxy. He could be the most frightening mastermind ever. Exciting, isn't it?

TBH it's the most excited I've been about this movie.

Unfortunately the motion he senses is people leaving the theatre and running into traffic.
